WildHer Folk was created as a gentle, supportive place to explore yoga — without pressure, pretence, or the feeling that you need to “know what you’re doing” first.

These vinyasa classes are slow, accessible, and beginner-friendly, with plenty of options offered throughout. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after a break, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.

Rooted in wellness and wellbeing, WildHer Folk is run by a woman, for women — though everyone is welcome.

Free Movement Practice

A guided free movement practice designed to release tension, awaken the body, and reconnect you with your natural rhythm.

Inspired by my background as a drama therapist, this session offers a supportive space to explore movement in an intuitive, expressive way. There are no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to move — you’re simply invited to listen to your body and respond with curiosity and kindness.

This practice is open to all and suitable for beginners. It encourages gentle self-expression, grounding, and a deeper connection between body and mind, helping you leave feeling more present, relaxed, and embodied.

Spring Awakening Morning Retreat

Tuesday yoga class Bussage

Join me every Tuesday at 6pm for a beginner-friendly vinyasa yoga class in Bussage.

This face-to-face class is open to all and focuses on breath-led movement, helping to gently build flexibility, strength, and overall fitness. The pace is supportive and accessible, with options offered throughout so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after a break, this is a welcoming space to slow down, move with intention, and leave feeling more balanced and energised.

The Spring Awakening Retreat is open to all and suitable for beginners, with practices focused on mindful movement, breath, and quiet reflection. This is a space to step away from everyday busyness and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive environment.

Taking place in Cirencester, at a beautiful berry farm location, this morning retreat is an invitation to nourish your body and mind through intentional self-care.
