Who we are
WildHer Folk was created by Morgan as a women-led yoga and wellbeing space rooted in community, care, and connection. Based in the Cotswolds, WildHer Folk offers beginner-friendly, face-to-face practices designed to support both physical wellbeing and emotional balance in a safe, nurturing environment.
Morgan’s approach is shaped by a background in drama therapy, alongside a deep interest in mindful movement, breath, and self-care. Rather than focusing on performance or perfect poses, WildHer Folk encourages listening to the body, moving with intention, and meeting yourself exactly where you are. All classes and retreats are guided gently, with options offered throughout, making them accessible to beginners and those returning to movement after time away.
WildHer Folk was created especially with women in mind, offering a space that feels supportive, inclusive, and grounded, though all are welcome. From weekly yoga classes in Bussage, to free movement practices and seasonal retreats across the Cotswolds, each offering reflects the same values — wellbeing over achievement, presence over pressure, and connection over comparison.
