What I do

  • Tuesday Evening Yoga in Bussage

At WildHer Folk, there are three core offerings, each thoughtfully created to support wellbeing, self-care, and connection. All practices are beginner-friendly, held in a safe, welcoming environment, and guided with care and intention.

You might choose to join a weekly face-to-face yoga class, where breath-led movement supports strength, flexibility, and everyday wellbeing. You may be drawn to a free movement practice, offering space to release tension and reconnect with your body in a more intuitive way. Or you might step into a seasonal retreat, providing time to slow down, rest, and nourish yourself in beautiful local surroundings.

Each offering can be enjoyed on its own or as part of a wider, supportive practice. Below, you’ll find more detail on each service, starting with weekly Tuesday evening yoga in Bussage.

  • Spring Awakening Morning Retreat

WildHer Folk seasonal morning retreats offer a gentle opportunity to slow down, reset, and prioritise self-care. Each retreat is thoughtfully held and open to all, with practices that are beginner-friendly and accessible.

Retreat mornings typically include gentle yoga, guided meditation, and space for rest and reflection, all set within beautiful local locations across the Cotswolds. These retreats are designed to support wellbeing without the need to travel far, offering a nourishing pause from everyday life.

  • Spring Awakening: Free-Movement Community Dance

The Free Movement practice offers a supportive space to release tension, awaken the body, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Guided gently and open to all, this practice is beginner-friendly and accessible, with no prior experience needed.

Inspired by my background as a drama therapist, these sessions invite intuitive, expressive movement without steps to follow or shapes to copy. The focus is on listening to your body, moving with curiosity, and supporting a deeper sense of grounding, presence, and wellbeing.
