    Join us for a weekly face-to-face yoga class, where breath-led movement supports strength, flexibility, and everyday wellbeing.

    Classes are 6pm every Tuesday at Bussage Village Hall.

    Past events have been in collaboration with the wonderful Emma from ‘Wild Water Locs and Yoga’, at the beautiful Berry Farm. We celebrated the awakening of the Spring Equinox with Yoga, Movement, Mindfulness and gratitude journaling. The workshop was designed to help you slow down, reset, and welcome the energy of spring.

    These events are open to all and are suitable for beginners, with practices focused on mindful movement and breathwork This is a space to step away from the everyday bustle and reconnect with yourself.

    Spring Awakening: Free-Movement Community Dance

    Location: Orange Yoga, St Georges Place, Cheltenham, GL50 3PN

    Back by popular demands this Free Movement practice offers a supportive space to release tension, awaken the body, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Guided gently and open to all, this practice is beginner-friendly and accessible, with no prior experience needed.

    Inspired by my background as a dramatherapist, these sessions invite intuitive, expressive movement without steps to follow or shapes to copy. The focus is on listening to your body, moving with curiosity, and supporting a deeper sense of grounding, presence, and wellbeing.

    Workshop is in collaboration with Orange Yoga in Cheltenham.
