6 week Beginners Yoga Class in May

When: Starts Tuesday May the 19th for 6 weeks.
Time: 18:00pm - 19:00pm
Join us for a 6 week face-to-face yoga class for beginners, where we explore the foundations of Hatha Yoga at a gentle pace. This includes: breath-led movement which supports strength, flexibility, and everyday wellbeing. Open to returners who want to learn the foundations of the poses.

Past events have been in collaboration with the wonderful Emma from ‘Wild Water Locs and Yoga’, at the beautiful Berry Farm. We celebrated the awakening of the Spring Equinox with Yoga, Movement, Mindfulness and gratitude journaling. The workshop was designed to help you slow down, reset, and welcome the energy of spring.
These events are open to all and are suitable for beginners, with practices focused on mindful movement and breathwork This is a space to step away from the everyday bustle and reconnect with yourself.

Spring Awakening: Free-Movement Community Dance
Location: Orange Yoga, St Georges Place, Cheltenham, GL50 3PN

Back by popular demands this Free Movement practice offers a supportive space to release tension, awaken the body, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Guided gently and open to all, this practice is beginner-friendly and accessible, with no prior experience needed.
Inspired by my background as a dramatherapist, these sessions invite intuitive, expressive movement without steps to follow or shapes to copy. The focus is on listening to your body, moving with curiosity, and supporting a deeper sense of grounding, presence, and wellbeing.
Workshop is in collaboration with Orange Yoga in Cheltenham.

Morgan at Wildher Folk now offers personalised 1–1 yoga sessions designed to support you exactly where you are. These private classes create space to move at your own pace, deepen your practice, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels grounding, intuitive, and supportive.
Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may include mindful movement, breathwork, mobility, strength-building, rest, depending on what you’re looking for.
Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after time away, working with stress or tension, or wanting to build confidence in your practice, 1–1 sessions offer dedicated guidance and care in a calm, welcoming environment.

Hen Parties & Birthday Yoga (13+)

At Wildher Folk, we offer relaxed, feel-good yoga experiences designed for hen parties, birthdays, and special gatherings for ages 13+.Whether you’re planning a calm morning flow before brunch, a sunset stretch with friends, or a grounding wellness session as part of your celebration weekend, each class is designed to bring people together in a fun, welcoming, and memorable way.
